• Information about the work you want done: services needed, property type and size, condition and timing.
• Basic technical data collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

Why we use it

• To prepare your quote and arrange for a suitable cleaning professional to contact you.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To improve the website and measure how our advertising performs.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the quote form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing your information

When you submit a quote request we share your details with one or more vetted exterior cleaning companies so they can contact you about the work. We also use service providers for hosting, analytics and lead delivery. We never sell your data for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymise them, unless we are required to keep records longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights
